This roast marks the first Colombia Supremo roast in the project and serves as the baseline reference for the upcoming weekend series. The roast followed a stable thermal progression, reaching 200 °C at 4:19 and transitioning airflow to fan level 3 at 4:23 — consistent with the early airflow pattern observed across many previous roasts on the Gene Café CBR-301.

No first crack was recorded in the log, so the roast was guided primarily by total roast time. Cooling was initiated at 13:21, landing exactly within the planned guardrail window for the experiment.

The resulting 16 % weight loss suggests a medium to medium-dark development, likely producing a balanced cup with moderate acidity, good body, and caramelised sweetness.

This roast now acts as the structural reference point for the Colombia series that will follow.
